The Process Wellness Collective
A trauma-informed, inclusive practice providing holistic mental health care
healing is not linear
If you’re searching for a trauma-informed, inclusive, holistic therapist, you’ve come to the right place. At The Process, we pride ourselves on being LGBTQAI+ affirming, allied and anti-racist. Our goal is to provide you with support that is uniquely tailored to you and your needs.
You are the expert of your experience.
It is our privilege to support you.
let’s get this started.
Meet The Team
We started the collective as a way to create intentional connection between our clinical work as therapists and who we innately are as humans. We realized that each of us approach our clinical work as a process — a non linear, ever evolving journey with our clients. True healing is ongoing work and the process of healing often takes many forms. As our needs change, we grow and transition into new versions of ourselves. Honoring the process of your healing and growth is our goal in the work that we do together.

Featured Offerings
This 8-week group is designed to create a safe, empowering, and creative space for Gen Z individuals to explore mental health, self-discovery, and resilience through the lens of music.
Each week, we’ll use modern pop, hip-hop, and alternative songs as a springboard for discussions, reflections, and activities that address the unique pressures of being Gen Z — from societal expectations and identity struggles to burnout and self-acceptance.
If you find yourself stuck in unhealthy or unsatisfying romantic relationships and are ready to break free from old patterns, Learn to Love Again was created for you.
This intimate 8-week group is a space for women ready to heal from the inside out… women who are tired of settling, tired of second-guessing themselves, and ready to move forward with clarity and self-worth.
This series is dedicated to challenging outdated assumptions, examining common therapeutic practices through new lenses, and embracing more inclusive, authentic, and effective ways of supporting well-being.
Join us for a powerful conversation deconstructing the beauty ideals that have been sold to us as truth. This session will explore how colonialism, white supremacy, and patriarchy have shaped harmful body image norms and how these messages continue to impact mental health, self-worth, and clinical practice as a whole.
Understanding the intersection of hormones, mental health, and identity during the perimenopausal transition
Perimenopause is more than a biological milestone—it’s a psychological reckoning. While much of the conversation centers on hot flashes and irregular cycles, the emotional, mental, and identity-based shifts of this transition often go unnamed and unsupported. Anxiety, rage, grief, memory lapses, and changes in self-worth are dismissed as “just hormones,” leaving many feeling isolated, confused, or broken.
This workshop is here to change that.
The Process Wellness Collective will be popping up at the Well Lived Woman! Think of this as a morning salon. Coffee-fueled, community-centered, and intentionally created for healers of all kinds.
This summer, the gathering will include a live panel of established healers, offering wisdom, conversation, and insight into what it means to support others while also tending to ourselves. Whether you’re newly stepping into your title as a healer or are years into your path, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
We’ve designed this space to feel nourishing – an opportunity to pause, connect, and root back into the heart of your work.
Meet the process
- our why -
This space was born as a solution to our process as therapists. For those of you that have gone through it, you already know; the path to licensure is truly A PROCESS. Our work is rooted in social justice, anti-racism, and inclusivity; these pillars extend into our clinical and supervisory practice. Dr. Sahar’s practice began rapidly expanding as she took on associates and realized that in order to honor the work as a supervisor and therapist, there was a need to create a home.
In thinking about growth, there was a deep desire to be able to provide an incubator for associates to grow their own businesses while still working under supervision as a way to create an intentional, authentic, and cohesive environment for our team and our clients.
What you’ll find here is a safe space to land, literally, figuratively, emotionally, and in the in-between. Our hope in founding The Process is to create new narratives around mental health, wellness, and healing for our clients and our community.
