A support group where music meets mental health.
This 8-week group is designed to create a safe, empowering, and creative space for Gen Z individuals, with a focus on women, to explore mental health, self-discovery, and resilience through the lens of music. Each week, we’ll use modern pop, hip-hop, and alternative songs as a springboard for discussions, reflections, and activities that address the unique pressures of being Gen Z — from societal expectations and identity struggles to burnout and self-acceptance.
Together, we’ll build a supportive community where vulnerability is celebrated, growth is nurtured, and music is our guide.
This is an open group, which means you can drop in to each one individually, or buy the full festival pass to attend them all.
