Between The Lines: Gen Z Unplugged
an 8-week group Where music meets mental health.
Session 1 -- April 12th, 2025
“Running Through the Pressure”
(Inspired by “Running Up That Hill” by Kate Bush)
Navigating the weight of societal expectations and finding your path.
This 8-week group is designed to create a safe, empowering, and creative space for Gen Z individuals, with a focus on women, to explore mental health, self-discovery, and resilience through the lens of music. Each week, we’ll use modern pop, hip-hop, and alternative songs as a springboard for discussions, reflections, and activities that address the unique pressures of being Gen Z — from societal expectations and identity struggles to burnout and self-acceptance.
Together, we’ll build a supportive community where vulnerability is celebrated, growth is nurtured, and music is our guide.
